Thank you for shopping with Graffik Teez Screen Printing and Embroidery LLC! Here's what to expect after you place your order.
Processing Time Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom and embroidered orders may require additional production time. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship via USPS and UPS. Delivery times vary by location:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take additional transit time.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Custom & Personalized Orders Please note that custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.
